A nice comfortable modern studio on groundlevel overlooking the garden. Behind your entrance door you find a cloakroom.
The living is slightly elevated and has a relaxed atmosfere. The small kitchen provides for everything you need. In the same area behind a partition wall is a sleeping space with a double bed and wardrobe. There is a bathroom with a lavatory; shower and toilet.

Parking is available on site. The apartment and the house are non smoking areas.

Rental prices

Bookings are possible from a minimum of 2 nights. Summermonths july, august till september 4th only full weeks (7 nights).
The rental price includes the use of water, electricity, heating, bed sheets, tea towels and endcleaning.

May till Oktober
The rental price is 100,- euro per night, for a maximum of 2 persons. For a stay of 1 or 2 nights there's an addition of €10,- per night.

Oktober till May
The rental price is 110,- euro per night, for a maximum of 2 persons. For a stay of 1 or 2 nights there's an addition of €10,- per night.

Additional Costs

There is a possibility to rent a towelpackage. Price for a package (1x bathtowel, 1x towel, 1x washrag) is €5,00 per person per stay.
Tax: 3,00 euro per night per person older than 18 years (Nov. - March €2,00), from age 6 to 17 years 1,50 euro per night (Nov. - March €1,00).
A deposit of 150,- euro is required from 3 nights on that will be refunded if no damage or loss has occurred.

Cancellation

From 1 Month before arrival 25% of the total sum
From 2 Weeks before arrival 50% of the total sum
From 1 Week before arrival 75% of the total sum
Within 1 week there will be no refund
