Apartment Groen

The apartment has a total area of 80m². A starecase brings you to the first floor, where you have your own private entrance. Behind your frontdoor you find a sitting room with a nice view overlooking the garden. There is a flat screen with dvd player and lots of information about the Harz. The furniture is modern and comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with each 3 large beds for double or single bedding. A spacious bathroom with a double lavatory; shower and toilet. At the end of the hall you find a spacious separate dining kitchen fully equiped. you can use your laptop using our wireless network.

Parking is available on site. The apartment and the house are non smoking areas.

Rental prices

Bookings are possible from a minimum of 2 nights. Summermonths july, august till september 4th only full weeks (7 nights).
The rental price includes the use of water, electricity, heating, bed sheets, tea towels and endcleaning.

May till Oktober
For a 2-night-stay the rental price is € 128,- per night.
From 3 nights up the rental price is 115,- euro per night, for a maximum of 4 persons.
When staying a week (7 nights) the rental price for a maximum of 4 persons can be seen in the columns below.
There is a possibility for 2 extra persons: 14,00 euro per person per night.

Oktober till May
For a 2-night-stay the rental price is € 138,- per night.
From 3 nights up the rental price is 125,- euro per night, for a maximum of 4 persons.
When staying a week (7 nights) the rental price for a maximum of 4 persons can be seen in the columns below.
There is a possibility for 2 extra persons: 14,00 euro per person per night.

Additional Costs

There is a possibility to rent a towelpackage. Price for a package (1x bathtowel, 1x towel, 1x washrag) is €5,00 per person per stay.
Tax: 3,00 euro per night per person older than 18 years (Nov. - March €2,00), from age 6 to 17 years 1,50 euro per night (Nov. - March €1,00).
A deposit of 150,- euro is required that will be refunded if no damage or loss has occurred.

From 1 Month before arrival 25% of the total sum
From 2 Weeks before arrival 50% of the total sum
From 1 Week before arrival 75% of the total sum
Within 1 week there will be no refund
